Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time Oregon Licensed Mental Health Therapist will provide behavioral health services to clients of all ages, manage a caseload of approximately 25 clients per week, and work in a hybrid environment with flexibility for remote work.
Key responsibilities
- Providing evidence-based behavioral health services to a diverse client population
- Managing a caseload of clients, conducting one-hour therapy sessions
- Collaborating with a supportive team to enhance client care and professional development
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in social work, professional counseling, family therapy, or a related field
- Current Oregon license as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT
- Experience in delivering behavioral health services to clients across different age groups
- Commitment to utilizing evidence-based practices in therapy
- Willingness to undergo a background check as part of the hiring process
