Job Summary

Seeking an Oregon Licensed Mental Health Therapist, the full-time position will manage a caseload of 25 clients per week, providing behavioral health services in a hybrid environment that includes both onsite work in Woodburn and remote flexibility one day a week.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide evidence-based behavioral health services to clients of all ages
• Manage a minimum caseload of 25 clients per week, conducting one-hour therapy sessions
• Collaborate with colleagues in a supportive environment to enhance client care and professional growth

Required qualifications:

• Master's degree in social work, professional counseling, family therapy, or a related field
• Valid Oregon license as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT
• Experience in delivering behavioral health services to diverse age groups
• Ability to engage with clients and build a therapeutic relationship
• Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development and consultation
