Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Oregon Licensed Mental Health Therapist will provide behavioral health services to clients of all ages, manage a caseload of 25 clients weekly, and work in a hybrid environment with both onsite and remote flexibility.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide evidence-based behavioral health services to clients across various age groups
• Manage a full-time caseload of 25 clients, conducting one-hour sessions
• Collaborate with a supportive team to enhance client care and professional development

Required qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work, Professional Counseling, Family Therapy, or a related field
• Current Oregon license as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT
• Experience delivering behavioral health services to diverse age groups
• Commitment to utilizing evidence-based practices in therapy
• Ability to pass a background check post-offer
