Job Summary

Seeking an Oregon Licensed Mental Health Therapist, the full-time position will work in a hybrid environment from the Eugene office and remotely one day a week, providing behavioral health services to a caseload of 25 clients per week while contributing to a collaborative and supportive team atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of clients, conducting one-hour therapy sessions weekly
• Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver high-quality behavioral health services
• Participate in a collaborative environment, engaging with therapy consultants for professional growth

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, professional counseling, family therapy, or a related field
• Current Oregon license as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT
• Experience providing behavioral health services across various age groups
• Commitment to a minimum caseload of 25 clients per week
• Ability to work in a hybrid setting, balancing in-office and remote work
