Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Oregon Licensed Mental Health Therapist will manage a caseload of approximately 25 clients per week, providing behavioral health services in a hybrid work environment that combines onsite and remote work.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide evidence-based behavioral health services to clients of all ages
• Maintain a minimum caseload of 25 one-hour therapy sessions weekly
• Collaborate with team members to enhance client care and professional development

Required qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work, Professional Counseling, Family Therapy, or a related field
• Valid Oregon license as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT
• Experience in delivering behavioral health services to diverse age groups
