Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time Oregon Licensed Mental Health Therapist will provide behavioral health services to clients of all ages, working hybrid from the E. Burnside or Mill Park offices while having the flexibility to work remotely one day a week.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of approximately 25 clients per week, conducting one-hour therapy sessions
- Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver exceptional mental health services
- Collaborate with colleagues in a supportive environment to enhance professional growth and client care
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in social work, professional counseling, family therapy, or a related field
- Valid Oregon license as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT
- Experience providing behavioral health services to diverse age groups, from children to adults
- Commitment to a full-time schedule with a minimum client caseload expectation
- Ability to pass a background check post-offer of employment
