Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time Oregon Licensed Mental Health Therapist will provide behavioral health services to clients of all ages in a hybrid work environment, managing a caseload of 25 clients per week while collaborating in a supportive team setting.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based behavioral health services to a diverse client population
- Manage a caseload of clients, ensuring quality care and engagement
- Collaborate with team members to enhance therapeutic practices and client outcomes
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in social work, professional counseling, family therapy, or a related field
- Current Oregon license as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT
- Experience providing behavioral health services to clients of various age groups
