Job Summary
Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, the full-time Oregon Licensed Mental Health Therapist will provide therapeutic services to older adults, utilizing evidence-based approaches and developing personalized treatment plans in a hybrid remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with a psychiatric physician, RN Director, and medical office coordinator to provide services to the senior population
- Develop and update treatment plans while ensuring compliant documentation based on Medicare guidelines
- Conduct group therapy sessions, along with individual and family therapy as needed, and assist with community education
Required qualifications
- Licensure in Social Work or Counseling as recognized by the state (e.g., LISW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMSW)
- Experience working with older adults, particularly in addressing depression and anxiety related to aging
- Ability to work collaboratively and with accountability to enhance the quality of life for patients
- Willingness to engage in peer-to-peer training and support
- Successful completion of a full background check, which may include drug testing
