Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time Oregon Licensed Mental Health Therapist will provide behavioral health services to clients of all ages, working in a hybrid model from the Tigard office and remotely one day a week.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of up to 28 clients per week, conducting one-hour therapy sessions
- Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver high-quality mental health care
- Collaborate with a supportive team to enhance client outcomes and contribute to a positive work environment
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in social work, professional counseling, family therapy, or a related field
- Current Oregon licensure as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT
- Experience providing behavioral health services to diverse age groups
- Commitment to a collaborative and client-centered approach
- Ability to adapt to a flexible work schedule, including options for a four-day workweek
