Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time Oregon Licensed Mental Health Therapist will provide behavioral health services to clients of all ages, working from one of several locations across Oregon with the option to work remotely one day a week.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of clients, completing 22 therapy sessions per week while scheduling 28 appointments to accommodate cancellations
- Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver exceptional mental health services to diverse populations
- Collaborate with a supportive team to enhance professional growth and client care
Required qualifications:
- Master's degree in social work, professional counseling, family therapy, or a related field
- Current Oregon licensure as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT
- Experience providing behavioral health services to clients of all ages
- Commitment to a collaborative and client-focused approach
