Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mentor Coaching Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage mentoring and reflective consultation efforts for ELSI mentor coaches
• Support the development of Oregon coach professional learning pathways and manage mentor coach endorsement efforts
• Gather, analyze, and manage data related to mentor coaching activities and coaching pathways

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Child Development, Education, or a related field
• Experience providing mentoring and consultation to early educator coaches
• Experience using Practice-Based Coaching in educational settings
• Demonstrated skills in project organization and the ability to work independently
• Ability to communicate professionally with a diverse audience
