Oregon Licensed Nurse Case Manager
Job Summary
To support disability claim decisions, the full-time Oregon Licensed Nurse Case Manager will assess medical information and treatment plans while collaborating with various stakeholders to facilitate safe and timely return-to-work outcomes in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Review medical records and treatment plans to assess functional capacity and disability duration
- Consult with claim professionals and healthcare providers to evaluate medical conditions and treatment appropriateness
- Collaborate with claimants, physicians, and employers to support recovery and return-to-work plans
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Health Sciences, or a related field
- 4+ years of clinical nursing, case management, or related healthcare experience
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Experience in reviewing medical records and assessing disability-related medical conditions
- Ability to obtain a Certified Case Manager (CCM) or Certified Professional Disability Management (CPDM) designation within two years of hire
