Oregon Licensed Nurse Practitioner
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Nurse Practitioner to perform in-home health assessments on Medicare Advantage Members in Oregon.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home health assessments for Medicare Advantage members within assigned counties in Oregon
- Complete annual health assessments, each lasting 45-90 minutes
- Work flexible hours, including weekends, based on personal availability
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months experience working as a Nurse Practitioner
- Active, unencumbered NP license and national certification (ANCC or AANP)
- All board certifications accepted except PMHNP or WMNP
- Experience in gerontology, cardiology, internal medicine, or endocrinology is a plus
- Home health care or home visit experience is a plus
