Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nurse Practitioner - Addiction Medicine.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote patient care aligned with harm reduction principles
• Prescribe buprenorphine-based medications and initiate care in an outpatient setting
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary Care Team and support patients in their recovery goals

Required Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in one of the specified states
• At least 1 year of experience prescribing buprenorphine in an independent outpatient setting
• Availability for full-time work (30-40 hours/week) with shifts ending at 6pm local time
• Ability to work autonomously in a patient-centered practice
• Access to a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace
