Oregon Licensed Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

To support a growing practice in addiction medicine, the full-time Oregon Licensed Nurse Practitioner will work remotely to deliver medication for opioid use disorder, independently initiating and managing buprenorphine treatment within a team-supported model of care.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver medication for opioid use disorder in a fully remote outpatient setting
• Independently initiate and manage buprenorphine treatment for patients
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide evidence-based care

Required qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Oregon or another specified state
• At least 6 months of experience in an independent outpatient setting prescribing buprenorphine
• Ability to work autonomously with a patient-centered approach
• Private workspace with a HIPAA-compliant setup
• Interest in full-time work, with availability for 30-40 hours per week
