Job Summary
As a contract Oregon Licensed Nurse Practitioner, the candidate will provide essential clinical care to children and adolescents through remote 30-minute video intake appointments and follow-ups, focusing on psychiatric evaluations and medication management.
Key responsibilities:
- Practice comprehensive mental health medication management during intake and follow-up appointments
- Conduct mental health risk assessments and psychiatric medication evaluations
- Construct patient-centered treatment plans and manage psychiatric medications
Required qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner program or accredited PA program with relevant certification
- Unrestricted state license in Oregon
- A minimum of 2 years of clinical practice
- Strong preference for candidates with an active DEA license and experience with minors
- Must have office space to see clients
