Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensing & Carrier Access Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, process, and submit contracting and appointment paperwork for new hires, franchisees, and agents
• Partner with carriers and state Departments of Insurance to secure licensing and appointments
• Maintain organized licensing records and communicate status updates to internal teams and partners

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience with insurance carriers or state regulatory agencies
• Proven ability to design and streamline operational processes
• Strong understanding of compliance requirements and carrier standards
• Must be located in the Pacific Time Zone
