Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outpatient Therapist (LCSW) to provide virtual therapy services.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct intake assessments and establish initial treatment plans
• Provide therapy to patients aged 13 and older with various diagnoses
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an independently licensed LCSW, Oregon license strongly preferred
• Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during PST hours
• Proven experience in providing therapy services
• Must have passed the ASWB examination
• Telehealth experience preferred
