Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Outpatient Therapist (LCSW / LPC) in Oregon.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide outpatient therapy for a range of diagnoses, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and mood disorders
• Collaborate closely with psychiatry, case management, peer support, and crisis services

Required Qualifications

• Active LCSW or LPC license in Oregon (required)
• Proven experience in providing therapy services as an independently licensed LPC or LCSW preferred
• Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during PST hours
• Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels
• Telehealth experience preferred
