Oregon Licensed Outpatient Therapist

Job Summary

To provide virtual outpatient therapy for patients aged 18 and older, the full-time Oregon Licensed Outpatient Therapist (LPC / LCSW / LMFT) will conduct initial evaluations, establish treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team while working remotely in the PST time zone.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and establish treatment plans for patients
• Provide therapy services to patients with a range of mental health diagnoses
• Collaborate with a network of support services, including psychiatry and case managers

Required qualifications

• Active LPC, LCSW, or LMFT license in Oregon
• Proven experience providing therapy services independently
• Availability for 40 hours per week during PST
• Experience treating patients across varying acuity levels
• Telehealth experience preferred, with familiarity in eClinicalWorks a plus
