Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Member Outreach Specialist (Outbound Call Center).
Key Responsibilities
- Perform outbound calls to engage members in health programs and campaigns
- Document information obtained from members during outreach and follow-up
- Utilize customer service skills and motivational interviewing techniques to promote member participation
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or college degree preferred
- Two years of related work experience in health care, customer service, or sales required
- One year of call center experience required
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel is required
- Must pass a criminal records check upon hire and every three years thereafter
