Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Member Outreach Specialist (Outbound Call Center).

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform outbound calls to engage members in health programs and campaigns
  • Document information obtained from members during outreach and follow-up
  • Utilize customer service skills and motivational interviewing techniques to promote member participation
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or college degree preferred
  • Two years of related work experience in health care, customer service, or sales required
  • One year of call center experience required
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel is required
  • Must pass a criminal records check upon hire and every three years thereafter
