Job Summary

A company is looking for an OR and MSPU Scheduler (PAS Resource Specialist).

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate anesthesia and non-anesthesia procedures, including rescheduling and cancellations
• Verify patient demographic information and eligibility for healthcare coverage, and manage complex referrals
• Triages and documents telephone calls from patients and staff, delivering requests to appropriate providers

Required Qualifications

• One year of experience in a medical office setting with direct patient contact and scheduling, or one and a half years in a high-volume public contact position with six months in a medical office
• Thorough knowledge of PAS policies and procedures
• Demonstrated advanced PAS user skills and extensive knowledge of integrated care
