Job Summary
A company is looking for a PAS Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer service to patients and healthcare providers
- Gather and verify patient information, schedule appointments, and process payments
- Answer incoming calls, triage requests, and document communications accurately
Required Qualifications
- Six months of experience in a medical office or one year in a high-volume public contact role
- Basic computer keyboarding skills, typing 30 - 45 wpm
- Successful completion of a formal Administrative Internship Program may substitute for experience
- Experience in a high-volume direct patient contact environment is preferred
- Previous experience with Epic and/or as a PAS Specialist is a plus
