Job Summary

A company is looking for a PAS Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality customer service to patients and healthcare providers
  • Gather and verify patient information, schedule appointments, and process payments
  • Answer incoming calls, triage requests, and document communications accurately
Required Qualifications
  • Six months of experience in a medical office or one year in a high-volume public contact role
  • Basic computer keyboarding skills, typing 30 - 45 wpm
  • Successful completion of a formal Administrative Internship Program may substitute for experience
  • Experience in a high-volume direct patient contact environment is preferred
  • Previous experience with Epic and/or as a PAS Specialist is a plus
