Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Operations Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting patients via phone
• Schedule appointments, verify registration information, and maintain patient records accurately
• Communicate effectively with clinical departments and assist families with the MyHealth Portal

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Three years of customer service experience required; clerical experience in a clinical setting preferred
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekdays, and weekends as needed
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Epic EMR experience preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
