Oregon Licensed Payroll Analyst

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and analytical, the Payroll Analyst will process multi-state payroll operations, ensure compliance, and deliver accurate payroll services in a fully remote contract position.

Key responsibilities

• Process and support multi-state payroll operations while ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Reconcile payroll-related accounts and prepare payroll reporting to support financial documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payroll issues and recommend process improvements

Required qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• 0-2+ years of experience processing multi-state payroll, including payroll tax administration
• Hands-on experience with payroll processing in Workday; ADP experience is preferred
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with a focus on accuracy
• Self-motivated communicator who collaborates effectively and proactively seeks clarification
