Job Summary
Detail-oriented and analytical, the Payroll Analyst will process multi-state payroll operations, ensure compliance, and deliver accurate payroll services in a fully remote contract position.
Key responsibilities
- Process and support multi-state payroll operations while ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Reconcile payroll-related accounts and prepare payroll reporting to support financial documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payroll issues and recommend process improvements
Required qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- 0-2+ years of experience processing multi-state payroll, including payroll tax administration
- Hands-on experience with payroll processing in Workday; ADP experience is preferred
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with a focus on accuracy
- Self-motivated communicator who collaborates effectively and proactively seeks clarification
