Oregon Licensed Payroll Manager

Job Summary

Leading the payroll operations for a complex multi-state organization, the full-time Oregon Licensed Payroll Manager will manage payroll processing, ensure compliance with regulations, and drive continuous improvement while collaborating with various departments in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee payments and compliance with tax regulations
• Develop and implement training programs for team members, fostering collaboration and performance improvement across payroll teams
• Analyze payroll data and trends, addressing employee inquiries and resolving complex issues related to payroll discrepancies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Payroll, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in a leadership role
• At least six (6) years of experience in payroll or a directly related field
• Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll
• Proven track record of managing operational or project budgets
