Oregon Licensed Payroll Manager

Job Summary

Leading the payroll operations for a complex multi-state organization, the full-time Oregon Licensed Payroll Manager will ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing while providing strategic leadership and fostering collaboration across various departments in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day payroll operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of employee payments and compliance with regulations
• Develop and implement training programs for team members while driving performance improvement and fostering a collaborative work environment
• Analyze payroll data and trends to identify areas for process optimization and resolve complex payroll-related inquiries

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Payroll, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum six (6) years of experience in payroll or a directly related field
• At least three (3) years of experience in a leadership role
• Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll
• Proven ability to manage operational or project budgets for at least one (1) year
