Oregon Licensed Payroll Manager
Job Summary
Leading the payroll operations for a large, multi-state organization, the full-time Oregon Licensed Payroll Manager will ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing, manage payroll teams, and drive continuous improvement while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day payroll operations, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and best practices
- Implement processes related to employee payments, garnishment orders, and reclamation procedures
- Provide strategic leadership and development opportunities for payroll teams, fostering collaboration across departments
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Payroll, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum six (6) years of experience in payroll or a directly related field
- At least three (3) years of experience in a leadership role
- Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll
- Proven ability to manage operational or project budgets for at least one (1) year
