Oregon Licensed Payroll Manager

Job Summary

Leading payroll operations for a large multi-state organization, the full-time Oregon Licensed Payroll Manager will oversee day-to-day payroll processes, ensure compliance with regulations, and drive continuous improvement while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage payroll operations and ensure accurate, timely processing for a diverse workforce
• Provide strategic leadership and developmental opportunities for payroll teams, fostering collaboration across departments
• Monitor compliance with tax regulations and best practices while addressing employee inquiries and resolving complex payroll issues

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Payroll, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Minimum six (6) years of experience in payroll or a directly related field
• At least three (3) years of experience in a leadership role
• Experience managing operational or project budgets for at least one (1) year
• Extensive experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll
