Oregon Licensed Payroll Manager

Job Summary

Leading payroll operations for a large, multi-state organization, the full-time Oregon Licensed Payroll Manager will ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing while collaborating with various departments and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day payroll operations, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and internal policies
• Develop and mentor payroll team members, fostering collaboration and performance improvement
• Analyze payroll data and trends to optimize processes and address employee inquiries regarding payroll discrepancies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Payroll, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum six (6) years of experience in payroll or a directly related field
• At least three (3) years of experience in a leadership role
• Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll
• Proven ability to manage operational budgets and implement process improvements
