Oregon Licensed Payroll Manager

Job Summary

Leading the payroll operations for a complex, multi-state organization, the full-time Oregon Licensed Payroll Manager will oversee accurate and compliant payroll processing, manage payroll teams, and drive continuous improvement while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day payroll operations, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and best practices
• Provide leadership and developmental opportunities for team members, fostering collaboration and performance improvement
• Analyze payroll data and trends, addressing employee inquiries and resolving complex issues related to payroll discrepancies

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Payroll, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Minimum six (6) years of experience in payroll or a directly related field
• At least three (3) years of experience in a leadership role
• Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll
• Proven ability to manage operational budgets and lead cross-functional teams
