Oregon Licensed Payroll Manager

Job Summary

Leading the payroll operations for a large, multi-state organization, the full-time Oregon Licensed Payroll Manager will ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing while collaborating with various departments and driving continuous improvement initiatives in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day payroll operations, ensuring timely and accurate employee payments and compliance with regulations
• Manage and develop payroll teams, fostering collaboration and performance improvement through feedback and training
• Analyze payroll data and trends to identify areas for process optimization and resolve complex payroll inquiries

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Payroll, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Minimum six (6) years of experience in payroll or a directly related field
• At least three (3) years of experience in a leadership role
• Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll
• Proven track record in managing operational budgets and payroll compliance
