Oregon Licensed Payroll Manager

Job Summary

Leading the payroll operations for a large multi-state organization, the full-time Oregon Licensed Payroll Manager will ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing, manage payroll teams, and drive continuous improvement while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day payroll operations, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing across various states
• Implement and optimize processes related to employee payments, reclamation, and garnishment orders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address payroll inquiries and ensure compliance with regulations and best practices

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Payroll, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in a leadership role
• Minimum six (6) years of experience in payroll or a directly related field
• Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll
• Proven track record in managing operational or project budgets
