Oregon Licensed Payroll Manager

Job Summary

Leading payroll operations for a large multi-state organization, the full-time Oregon Licensed Payroll Manager will ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing, manage payroll teams, and drive continuous improvement in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day payroll operations and manage the payroll run books for on-cycle and daily payrolls
• Implement processes related to employee payments, reclamation, and garnishment orders while analyzing trends and ensuring compliance with regulations
• Provide leadership and developmental opportunities for team members, fostering collaboration and performance improvement

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Payroll, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum six (6) years of experience in payroll or a directly related field, or nine (9) years of relevant experience without a degree
• At least three (3) years of experience in a leadership role
• Experience managing operational or project budgets for a minimum of one (1) year
• Proficiency with Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll
