Job Summary

A company is looking for a Peer Recovery Specialist for a remote, full-time position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct patient engagement and support recovery management processes
  • Assist patients in identifying barriers to recovery and provide resources
  • Maintain communication with patients and Care Team members regarding progress and care transitions
Required Qualifications
  • Peer certification in Oregon or Washington State, active and in good standing
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in peer support and 2 years of personal recovery experience
  • Certification as a National Certified Peer Recovery Support Specialist (NCPRSS) expected within 9 months of hire
  • High degree of trustworthiness and professionalism, with a focus on patient confidentiality
  • Ability to navigate community resources and assist patients with care-related tasks
