Oregon Licensed Peer Recovery Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Peer Recovery Specialist to provide peer-based recovery support services in a fully remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patient engagement and assist in identifying barriers to recovery
• Educate patients on community resources and facilitate care transitions
• Maintain communication with patients and Care Team members, reporting on patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active peer certification in Oregon or Washington State
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in peer support and lived experience in recovery
• Certification as a National Certified Peer Recovery Support Specialist (NCPRSS) expected within 9 months of hire
• High degree of trustworthiness and professionalism, with a focus on patient confidentiality
• Ability to connect individuals with local recovery resources
