Job Summary

A company is looking for a Warmline Peer Support Operator for a part-time sunrise shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide phone support to callers while adhering to training protocols
• Participate in ongoing training and collaborate with team members to improve services
• Maintain data logs and prepare reports for the Warmline Shift Leader or Supervisor

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Must have lived experience with emotional challenges and provide peer support
• Completion of Core Training in Intentional Peer Support (IPS) and registration as a Peer Support Specialist within 6 months
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and participate in ongoing training
• Understanding of confidentiality laws and handling sensitive information
• Must pass criminal background checks and pre-hire drug screening
