Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Oregon Licensed People Experience Analyst will serve as a strategic advisor to business leadership, guiding HR processes, analytics, and employee relations to enhance employee experience and engagement across complex populations.

Key responsibilities:
  • Advise business leadership on complex HR policies and practices, shaping culture and engagement strategies
  • Execute HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle and provide coaching on performance management
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to deliver integrated people solutions that align with business objectives
Required qualifications:
  • 3+ years of relevant HR or related experience, with proficiency in HR analytics and employee relations
  • Experience with HR case handling and employee relations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR analytics tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize and collaborate across People Team functions in a fast-paced environment
