Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Oregon Licensed People Experience Analyst will serve as a strategic advisor to business leadership, guiding HR processes, analytics, and employee relations to enhance employee experience and engagement across complex populations.
Key responsibilities:
- Advise business leadership on complex HR policies and practices, shaping culture and engagement strategies
- Execute HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle and provide coaching on performance management
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to deliver integrated people solutions that align with business objectives
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years of relevant HR or related experience, with proficiency in HR analytics and employee relations
- Experience with HR case handling and employee relations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR analytics tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and collaborate across People Team functions in a fast-paced environment
