Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacist to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform initial patient evaluations and optimize drug therapy based on patient data
• Monitor patient outcomes and recommend modifications in drug therapy as needed
• Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure safe and timely delivery of drug therapy

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors or Pharm. D. degree from an accredited school of pharmacy
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a registered pharmacist
• Hospital or clean room experience preferred
• Experience in a pharmacy with I.V. skills, oncology, or specialty area background strongly preferred
• Valid state licensure as a Registered Pharmacist
