Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Review Pharmacy Analyst to support post-service claim audits and ensure the accuracy and compliance of pharmaceutical billing.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed post-service audits of pharmacy-related claims to ensure alignment with medical records and reimbursement policies
• Analyze billing and treatment documentation to identify discrepancies and incorrect charges
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards while managing assigned audit workload and contributing to operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Pharmacy Technician certification required
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare claims review or pharmacy billing analysis
• Recent hands-on experience in an inpatient IV room compounding sterile pharmaceuticals
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical or healthcare facility experience
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals and drug administration practices
