Oregon Licensed Pharmacy Director
Job Summary
Providing strategic and operational leadership, the full-time Oregon Licensed Pharmacy Director will oversee pharmacy services for Medicaid members, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations while managing Pharmacy Benefit Management operations in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Directs all pharmacy services and business strategy in partnership with Pharmacy Benefit Management programs
- Maintains pharmacy benefit operations, including formulary management, drug utilization programs, and quality initiatives
- Leads process improvement and cost containment initiatives across various departments
Required qualifications
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree
- Five (5+) years of Pharmacy Benefit experience
- Three (3+) years of supervisory experience
- Active Registered Pharmacist (RPh) license in Oregon or ability to obtain within six months of hire
- Experience with Medicaid Managed Care and knowledge of Oregon CCO model preferred
