Oregon Licensed Pharmacy Technician
Job Summary
The part-time temporary Oregon Licensed Pharmacy Technician will support medical management functions, including utilization management and care coordination, while working remotely and adhering to state and federal guidelines.
Key responsibilities
- Perform initial reviews of requests for pharmacy and medical service coverage, documenting decision processes accurately
- Assist with daily Medication Management program responsibilities, coordinating with members, pharmacies, and providers
- Maintain compliance with Oregon Administrative Rules and internal policies while providing excellent customer service
Required qualifications
- Current National and Oregon Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) licensure
- 1+ years of experience as a pharmacy technician
- Fluent in pharmaceutical and medical terminology
- Proficient in MS Office and data entry skills
- No suspension or exclusion from federal health care programs
