Job Summary

A company is looking for a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) - 1099.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct psychiatric evaluations and medication management services
Provide evidence-based, measurement-informed care
Complete treatment plans every 90 days and submit clinical documentation for payment

Required Qualifications

Active, unrestricted PMHNP license in Oregon
RN license in Oregon and in the state of residence
ANCC PMHNP board certification
Valid DEA and state PMP registration
Master's or doctoral degree in psychiatric mental health nursing
