Job Summary

A company is looking for a PMHNP- Contractor to provide telehealth psychiatric care as an independent contractor.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and medication management services
• Provide evidence-based, measurement-informed care and complete treatment plans every 90 days
• Complete clinical documentation and deliver care via telehealth from a secure environment

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted PMHNP license in Oregon
• RN license in Oregon and in the state of residence
• ANCC PMHNP board certification
• Valid DEA and state PMP registration
• Master's or doctoral degree in psychiatric mental health nursing
