Job Summary

To support a growing telehealth practice, an Oregon Licensed PMHNP Contractor will provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management services remotely as an independent contractor with flexible scheduling and full administrative support.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and manage medication for clients
• Provide evidence-based, measurement-informed care and complete treatment plans every 90 days
• Handle clinical documentation and deliver care via telehealth from a secure environment

Required qualifications

• Active, unrestricted PMHNP license in Oregon
• RN license in Oregon and in the state of residence
• ANCC PMHNP board certification
• Valid DEA and state PMP registration
• Master's or doctoral degree in psychiatric mental health nursing
