Oregon Licensed Primary Care Physician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Primary Care Physician (FM/IM) for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality preventative, acute, and chronic care in a fully remote, virtual setting
• Manage a dedicated panel of patients and refer to specialists or acute care services as needed
• Support patients post-discharge and work on population health initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Board-Certified in Family or Internal Medicine
• 3+ years of post-residency work experience
• Minimum of 2+ years in an in-person primary care setting
• Active OR state medical license; IMLC preferred
• Experience with virtual visits and prior experience with EPIC EMR
