Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the part-time Oregon Licensed Primary Care Physician will receive mentorship, operate within a value-based care model, and enhance patient care experiences remotely in Oregon.

Key responsibilities

• Receive mentorship from experienced physicians to ease the transition from training to practice
• Learn to thrive in a value-based care model while driving population health initiatives
• Participate in a customized program requiring minimal commitment to enhance training experience

Required qualifications

• M.D. or D.O
• PGY3 or Chief Resident in Family or Internal Medicine Residency
• Desire to practice outpatient care in Eugene, OR post-residency
