Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the part-time Oregon Licensed Primary Care Physician will enhance patient care through mentorship, learn value-based care models, and participate in a customized virtual program while preparing for outpatient practice in Eugene, OR.

Key responsibilities:

• Receive mentorship from experienced physicians to ease the transition from training to practice
• Engage in a customized program requiring minimal commitment to enhance clinical skills
• Contribute to population health initiatives and the Quadruple Aim framework

Required qualifications:

• M.D. or D.O
• PGY3 or Chief Resident in Family or Internal Medicine Residency
• Desire to practice outpatient care in Eugene, OR post-residency
