Job Summary
Offering a fully remote, full-time opportunity, the Oregon Licensed Primary Care Provider (NP or PA) will deliver virtual primary care through a telehealth platform, managing chronic conditions, conducting preventive screenings, and providing acute care while fostering strong patient relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Provide virtual primary care visits, including comprehensive assessments and chronic disease management
- Diagnose and manage chronic conditions, developing individualized care plans to optimize patient health
- Order and interpret lab tests and imaging, coordinating follow-up care as necessary
Required qualifications
- Active Nurse Practitioner (APP) or Physician Assistant license in good standing
- Board certification in Family Medicine, Adult-Gerontology, or Internal Medicine
- Minimum 2 years of primary care, urgent care, or internal medicine experience, preferably in telehealth
- Active BLS certification at the time of hire
- Ability to obtain licensure in multiple states within 90 days of hire
