Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Professional Counselor to provide remote counseling and therapy treatment to patients in Oregon.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based patient care modalities in individual and group therapy settings
• Review and sign patient clinical assessments, treatment plans, and maintain clinic records
• Conduct crisis intervention and participate in case planning with a multidisciplinary team

Required Qualifications

• Active or willing to obtain an Oregon License as a Licensed Professional Counselor
• Experience with various therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, and trauma therapy
• Ability to document services and patient activities in compliance with clinical practices
• Participate in ongoing education and supervision to maintain competency
• Experience in providing case management services for recovery and community reintegration
